I got the largest that there was option for, in hopes would be big enough for me but it was not. So I gave this to my daughter. It was a little snug on here but she was able to get it on. She says although it is snug she can still move freely. The materials and the color of this is great can even be worn for fashion if that is what a person chooses to do.My daughter wears this when she works out and says she can feel it heating up . Feels like it is helping her burn fat, because by the 3rd day it is not as snug as it was. Would have like to tried it out myself but what can you say. This product did and has fulfilled what it says it will do.
